Sold products can not be returned or refunded. The products are custom ordered and produced. Once the layout has been proofread, we do not have the responsibility to carefully check for errors. However, we can reproduce your order only under these circumstances.

• Damaged prints or goods.
• Print color is totally different from the layout.
