All design and layout fees are not refundable even though you cancel your orders.
Generally, customers have to provide us all images for their prints. It is the customer's responsibility when the images go into any copyright problems.
If we provide images for the prints, we can charge for them.
When we take pictures for your prints, we charge the expense.
We do not have responsibility about any typographical errors after you confirm us to print out your order.
The printed color will be a little different from the design color that you've seen on your monitor because all monitors are RGB color mode, but our printer works CMYK color mode; also, every monitor of color value is different from others.
The design or layout files we make will not be given to the customers, but we can give you an agreement to provide them.
Fade-resistance guarantee of all products we print is 6 months indoor and 2 months outdoor.
We post all layouts of sold banners on our website. We will mosaic some parts of layout to protect our customers' privacy before we post.
